We’re thrilled to announce that Kristiansund Cup 2025 is now fully booked! All available participant slots have been filled, and we’re incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm and interest from the spearfishing community – both in Norway and internationally.!

Want to be on the waiting list? If you'd still like a chance to join the competition, you’re welcome to submit the registration form. We will place you on the waiting list and notify you immediately if a spot opens up.

Please note that being on the waiting list does not guarantee a place in the competition, but we will do our best to accommodate as many as possible if changes occur.

Important Notice – No Pre-fishing Allowed

To ensure a fair and sustainable competition, participants are not allowed to spearfish within the competition area during the 14 days leading up to the event. No spearfishing from May 16th through May 29th. Competition starts on May 30th. This rule is in place to prevent anyone from gaining an unfair advantage, to preserve the fish population, and to avoid disturbing the natural behavior of the fish. Scouting the area using mask, snorkel, and fins (ABC equipment) is allowed, as long as no spearfishing takes place. Violation of this rule may result in disqualification. Thanks for helping us keep Kristiansund Cup fair, challenging, and respectful to the sea we all love!
